Built by a man
still doing the work.
The Forge isn't built by a guru with a perfect life. It's built by someone who's still figuring it out — and who got tired of looking for an honest system and not finding one.
Why The Forge exists.
I'm Kirk Creator of The Forge. At 48 years old I'm not standing at the top of a mountain telling you how I got there. No I'm in the work, the same as you. That's the honest truth, and it's the place this whole thing started from.
For years I looked for something that would point me in the right direction. Not a guru. Not a six-figure coaching package. Not another podcast where someone with a six pack and chiseled jaw line tells you to plunge into an ice bath, before executing a Wim Hof breathing technique at 4am whilst standing on one leg with a joss stick balanced on the tip of your nose. Just a system. Something simple. Something honest. Something that said — here's the work, this is the order it goes in, get on with it.
I couldn't find it. So I built it.
The Forge is what I wish I'd had ten years ago. Four pillars, in the order they need to be built. Identity first, because nothing else holds without it. Discipline second, because once you know who you are you have to act like it. Presence third, because that's where it shows up in the world — in how you stand, listen, hold yourself in a room. And purpose last, because it's the direction all of it points at.
It started with the dating piece — men who freeze around women, who can't say what they mean, who watch the moment pass. That's a real problem and I take it seriously. But what I learned building this is that the dating piece is downstream of everything else. A man who knows himself, holds a standard, can be in a room properly, and is going somewhere — he doesn't have a dating problem. He has a life. The right people find him.
So that's what this is. Not a course. Not a transformation programme. A system you keep coming back to, that asks more of you than you've been asking of yourself, and that respects your time and your intelligence enough to tell you the truth.
